Document How can I request copies of switched prescriptions?


Please note; we can only send out copies the very first time that they are requested per account and for training purposes only. Therefore, if we can see on our records that you have had copies for a previous month, we will not be able to send copies for another month. If this is the case then you will need to contact your local Area Team.  

To request a copy of switched prescriptions, you must submit the recheck request form available on our website. Click here to access the form.

We are not able to send out copies of your switched prescriptions, you will need to speak to your local Area Team who can request these on your behalf.

In addition, please note that there is no set time frame for these requests to be actioned as it depends on the size of the query and our resources.
