Document How do I update my information held on the NHS Website?

You need to update the information held on the NHS website so you can meet the gateway criteria to qualify for the Pharmacy Quality Scheme.

To change your information you will need to log onto the NHS website and complete the appropriate changes.

You will need to follow the “editing pharmacy profiles” user guide for further assistance.
